I have added my own unique vision and individual style to this work and come to call it Human Biography Work.
Human Biography Work is a gentle therapeutic process of remembering, unfolding and weaving together the threads that create the vibrant tapestry of your life here between earth and cosmos. A journey of returning back to the future, to a deeper knowing of your individual story. Your Human Story.
My work is inspired by Signe Shaffer's well crafted question that I believe overarches all Biography Work. That question is 'Why On Earth?'
Why on Earth am 'I' here?
We stand back and take a cosmic perspective or view of your life so the ah-ha moments become a living, breathing artistic journey brought to expression in workshops though living conversation, social art, and experiential practices such as; drawing, human movement, writing and other creative activities. This is a beautiful process of sharing stories and deepening one's understanding to self, community and humankind as a whole.
This work involves doing the creative research into the people, events and moments that have shaped who you are today. We dive into themes, plot twists, phases, rhythms and patterns of your life to develop a clearer vision of not only Your Human Story, but the greater story of humanity - Our Human Story - and even deeper still, we explore the human capacity of cosmic understanding, an understanding of the entire story of the human archetype, The Human Story.

How can Human Biography Work help me?
In my personal experience when I look back and track my life-story there are many times I say to myself '...well that didn't work!' and wish I had the wisdom then, I have now. Anthroposophy is the study of human wisdom. Anthropos meaning human being and Sophia meaning wisdom. I do this work to develop my wisdom. From this place I can begin to make changes to how I would like to walk forward into the world.

What is a Cosmic View and why should we develop one?
Developing your witness. Developing the capacity to witness oneself. Giving some distance. The capacity to meet your own life and detach from ones own experience. To not take yourself so personally. Greater capacity to witness yourself and not get carried away in the emotions.
